Medieval fair part 2 - my purchases
The first part contains pictures from the fair. This post is about what I bought.

I bought a belt with a ring closing for future historical fairs and outfits. A small sword and a crown.

And obviously more hair stuff.

This is not meant for hair, but will work as a hair sword.
Medieval fair
Yesterday I attended a fair, that I haven't been to before. It was great!

Because it was so hot, I decided to have my hair up. I made a Coronet braid with the hairnet, that I made a few years ago.

And I went with something more medieval/fantasy inspired, that would allow me to survive the heath. The skirt is linen and I made it a few years ago. I need to make more linen clothes!

I can't remain serious...

My friend who I went with.

Viking fair

I visited a viking fair with two friends today. We had fun despite the rain.

I made 15 ropebraids yesterday. It took two hours... I watched 1,5 movies and took a break to eat in between. A lot of the time, was just trying to get even sections.

Today I used just over 40 minutes to redo two braids and put everything up.
I must say it held quite well, despite a nights sleep, rain and a wool hood.

Below is what I bought today.

One day I will make a viking necklace. These are the beads I'm starting with.

It's the first time that I found a horn comb of good quality at a fair! It's perfect since both my middle toothed combs are broken.

Soap because they smell nice.

For future cold and rainy fairs.

One can't have too many hair beads!
Some more pictures from the Elrond day

These were taken by another talented friend and there's more to come.

The stylist and the nosy model.

A friends dog.

Elrond inspired hair by a friend
Yesterday a friend braided my hair in an Elrond inspired half up. Because doing small fishtail braids in my hair takes forever, another friend got to make the two small, three strand braids by instructions of the first friend.

You know I can't stay serious for long.

I had no sword but found a barbecue fork.

Would you folk the fork queen into battle?

Late Christmas pictures
I became sick afterwards, but here's my hair and outfit from Christmas.

A friend braided my hair yesterday

And the not so serious pictures...

Steampunk in September
I never shared any pictures here from the steampunk fair I visited in September with two friends.

Doing hair and make up.

And this happened to both my shoes on the way to the fair...

Pictures from M'era Luna
Last weekend, I visited M'era Luna in Hildesheim Germany, with a friend.

Today's outfit and hairstyle

Today I attended a cousin confirmation and birthday party.

I have a different fan for every outfit and they're great in this weather.

Christmas
Yesterday's hair and outfit.

I'm starting to get quite a nice henna shade on my nails again.
Halloween is getting close and demons are running loose

I made a new pair of horns.

And hair horns.

Steampunk fair and Victorian ragcurls

Some morning silliness.

I bought two combs and one clock.
